No, not all the drummers listed on our
artists page are endorsed. We just like to
display all the drummers who have purchased an
SJC kit or snare.

How do I contact you? |
You can either e-mail us at

774-272-0591 between the hours of 10 AM - 5 PM
EST. (Mon. - Fri.). If you get our answering
machine, chances are we're on the other line,
out of the office, or it's the weekend. Please
leave a detailed message and we will get back to
you, we promise.

Can I get a price quote? |
Certainly.. but first, head over to the
Price List page to see if you can price out
your custom kit. If you need more
information on pricing, just send us an e-mail
or give us a call. Please provide all the
information on your kit. We need to know
everything that you want to give you an accurate
quote (Shells: type, sizes, plies, Finish,
Lugs: staggered or in line, Hoops, Heads,
Mounts, etc.)

How do I place an order? |
Please e-mail or call us for an exact quote
on your kit. When you're ready to order
after receiving an exact quote, please fill out
the Order Form on the
Ordering page.
50% of the payment is due upfront, which you can
pay by one of the following options:
-Call us to pay with a credit card: 774-272-0591
-Send the money via Paypal to: info@sjcdrums.com
-Send us a money order or bank check (no
personal checks) made out to SJC Custom
Drums to the following address:

*If sending a check, please be sure to
include all pertinent information to your

The remainder of the payment plus S&H is due
before delivery and within 30 days of
completion.

How much is shipping and handling? |
S&H is added into the final payment.
It will vary depending on the weight and
destination. Shipping in the USA is
usually 3-5 day, fully insured ground shipping
for around $285 for a 3 piece kit (rack tom,
floor tom, bass), and $30 for snares. Shipping
overseas depends on the weight and destination
of the package, please email us with your
address for a more accurate shipping estimate.

What is your turnaround time? |
Solid wrap kits & snares = 1 month
Striped wrap kits & snares = 1.5 months
Satin stain kits & snares = 1.5-2 months
Satin stain w/ inlay kits & snares = 2.5-3
months
High gloss lacquer = 3.5-4.5 months
Butcher hoops = 2.5-3 months
Hybrids = 2.5-3 months

Will you send samples for me to see? |
If you'd like to see some of the finishes
we offer, head over to the
Finishes page. If you'd like to see
these samples before ordering your drum, just
send us your mailing address and the colors and
type of finish you're interested in.

I am interested in seeing your shop, can I
come check it out? |
At this time, we are only allowing
customers interested in placing an order or
picking up an order to visit our offices and
showroom.
Contact us to set up a time to visit the
office and showroom.

Do you have a return policy? |
We do not have a return policy. Since our
drums are custom made, we make what the customer
orders. There will be no returns accepted.
|

Can I change my mind on my drums
after I order? |
Once your custom kit is ordered, we order
all the parts and materials necessary to make
your kit, therefore we cannot allow you to
change your mind after you place your order.
